Terms and Conditions For existing advertisers

• Least purchases amount US$10 for one grid (10x10pixel). The minimum purchase is $10 (100 pixels), and the maximum purchase up to whatever is left. Price are for listing period-One Year from the date your image and link have published on Chinadowntown.com home page. Contact us to buy your pixels now! 

• We will stop to take in order once pixels full filled within the China map.

• We prefer web site have content related to China...Products from China, Business targeted in China market, hotel and company in China etc...

• Advertiser who have purchased over US$100 (more than 1000 pixels) will be listed on our related category page for one year listing period.

• You must provide us the image at the exact size you have pain for (eg. 100 pixels = 10x10 pixels). Otherwise we will fix the image to your purchased pixels size.  Images must NOT be animated or have dodge effect. Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size. 

• Image will link the website address that you provide. (http://xxx)

• You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted to us. Any changes will be charged for certain administration fee upon agreed by each other.

• If your image and link are accepted and published on the homepage, you cannot get a refund.

• No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted, and we decide what is appropriate for our site-Chinadowntown.com. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your payment will be refunded and you will lose your pixels space. 

• If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show any illegal / pornography/offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime.

• If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the homepage, you must write to us with the details and you will not get a refund and the space will become publicly available again.
• You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit to us.
• Funds must be fully received and cleared before your pixels go live on our homepage
• There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but we'll try and keep these to a minimum. For now we are using US reliable hosting company.
• Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared (eg. in our PayPal or bank account), we will aim to get your pixels online within 24-48hrs (but please have patience if things kick off and loads of people order at the same time.) Contact us at e-mail yzy@chinadowntown.com for payment details. 
• Images featured on homepage are copyright of their respective owners.
• We reserve the right to choose the listing.

3. Determine the mouse over introduction text (less than 50 English words) and link

5. Payment can be made by Paypal or call us for phone order with your credit card details.
